Delivery & Collection
Where do you deliver?
Miller Gadgets offers delivery worldwide. Delivery availability, courier method, cost and any destination restrictions are confirmed before payment and dispatch. International orders may also be subject to customs, duties, taxes and local import rules.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on the customer’s location, distance and delivery method.
The delivery fee will be confirmed before the order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within Lagos and Ogun State are normally completed within a few hours and should take no longer than 24 hours under normal circumstances. Deliveries to other parts of Nigeria may take longer. International delivery time varies by destination, courier, customs and local import procedures; the estimated delivery window will be confirmed before dispatch.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. Miller Gadgets does not normally operate or deliver on Sundays.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Usually not.
Check our official social-media pages for updates because limited operating hours may occasionally be announced.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You may select a preferred delivery day and general period, such as morning, afternoon or evening.
We cannot always guarantee an exact delivery time.
Can I inspect my order when it arrives?
Yes. Tell the delivery representative to wait while you confirm that:
* The package belongs to you
* The correct product was delivered
* The visible condition matches your order
* The basic contents are complete
Complete the inspection promptly and avoid unnecessary delays to the rider.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Where the order was handled by our approved delivery service, Miller Gadgets will arrange a replacement first.
If a suitable replacement cannot be provided within 24 hours, a refund will be issued.
A discount or free delivery on a future purchase may also be offered as an optional goodwill gesture.
Who is responsible for loss or damage during delivery?
Miller Gadgets is responsible for orders handled through our approved delivery service until delivery is completed.
Where the customer independently arranges another rider or delivery company, Miller Gadgets is not responsible for loss, delay or damage caused by that provider.
Can I use my own rider?
Yes. No Miller Gadgets delivery fee will be charged where the customer independently arranges a rider.
The customer accepts responsibility for the selected delivery provider.
Can another person collect my order?
Yes. We must first confirm directly with the customer that the person has been authorised to collect the order.
We may ask the customer to describe the person or provide other confirmation.
What identification is required for collection?
The customer must confirm the collection directly with us.
Additional identification or proof of payment may be requested where necessary.
What happens if the rider cannot reach me?
Our delivery representative will contact Miller Gadgets while we also try to reach you.
After approximately 20 minutes without a response, the rider may leave. We may send confirmation that the rider reached the location, and delivery will be rescheduled for later that day or within the next 24 hours.
Additional delivery charges may apply where another trip is required.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Contact us before the order reaches the new destination.
An additional fee may apply if the new address is outside the area of the original delivery location.
What happens if I refuse to accept the delivery?
The item will be returned to our office.
The customer may then be required to visit the office to collect it. Additional delivery arrangements may attract another fee.
Can I collect my order from the office?
Yes. Customers can collect and inspect their orders at our office.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order through the Miller Gadgets website, our official WhatsApp account, our official social-media pages, by telephone or by visiting our office.
Always confirm that you are communicating with an official Miller Gadgets account before making payment.
How do I confirm that a product is available?
Contact us through our official WhatsApp account or another verified Miller Gadgets platform before making payment.
Some products, especially limited deals, may sell out quickly.
Can a product sell out while I am placing an order?
Yes, particularly when it is a limited deal.
If your selected product becomes unavailable, we will recommend the closest available alternative that meets your requirements and budget.
Can I order a product that is not listed on the website?
Yes. Think Gadgets, Think Miller.
Send us the name or details of the gadget you need, and we will confirm whether we can source it.
Do you source specific devices on request?
Yes. We can help source specific phones, laptops, consoles, accessories and other gadgets that may not currently be displayed on the website.
Are website prices negotiable?
No. Prices displayed on the website are fixed.
Wholesale, reseller and bulk-pricing enquiries are handled separately through WhatsApp.
Does the website price include delivery?
No. Delivery is charged separately based on the customer’s location.
The product price includes the basic accessories stated in the listing or supplied with that product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

Can I pay cash at the office?
Yes. Customers visiting our office may pay cash.
Can I pay on delivery?
You may complete the remaining payment on delivery, but at least 75% of the total order value must be paid before delivery is processed.
The outstanding balance must be completed according to the agreed delivery arrangement.
Do you offer instalment payments?
Instalment payments are not currently available as a standard payment option.
Any future instalment service will be announced through our official channels.
How can I verify your payment account?
Only use payment details provided through our official WhatsApp account.
Do not transfer money to an account sent by an unverified profile or unofficial representative.
What happens if I transfer money to the wrong account?
Contact your bank immediately and request assistance with the transaction.
Miller Gadgets cannot confirm or recover payments sent to an account that does not belong to the business.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Customers can receive an electronic receipt or a physical receipt.
We recommend electronic receipts because they are easier to preserve and retrieve when required.
Can I change my order after payment?
Yes, provided the order has not already been processed and dispatched.
Any price difference caused by the change must be settled before the updated order is processed.
Can I cancel my order before delivery?
An order may be cancelled before it has been processed and dispatched.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 48 hours.
Can I reserve a product?
Selected deal products can be reserved with a minimum deposit of 70%.
Every listed deal can qualify for reservation while it remains available.
How long will a reserved product be held?
A reserved product will be held for 48 hours.
The outstanding balance must be completed within that period.
Are reservation deposits refundable?
Yes. If the balance is not completed within the 48-hour reservation period, an approved deposit refund will normally be processed within 24 hours.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Contact us directly with the products, quantities and delivery requirements.
Do you offer wholesale or reseller prices?
Yes, but reseller and wholesale prices are not displayed publicly on the website.

Product Conditions
What does Brand New mean?
A Brand New device is unused and supplied in new condition.
Its seal status, activation status and included accessories will be stated where relevant.
What does Open Box mean?
An Open Box device is generally a new device whose packaging has been opened or whose activation has already started.
It has not been regularly used and should remain in new or near-new condition.
What does UK Used mean?
A UK Used device is a pre-owned device sourced from the United Kingdom.
It is tested before sale and graded according to its cosmetic condition.
What does Excellent condition mean?
An Excellent device is fully functional and has a near-new appearance, with little or no noticeable signs of previous use.
What does Very Good condition mean?
A Very Good device is fully functional and clean but may have light signs of previous use that do not affect performance.
What does Good condition mean?
A Good device is fully functional but may have more visible scratches, marks or signs of previous use.
Any major cosmetic issue will be disclosed before purchase.
Why can two units of the same model have different prices?
The devices may have different:
* Physical conditions
* Storage capacities
* Colours
* Regional specifications
* Battery conditions
* Repair histories
* Included accessories

Will I receive the exact device shown in the product image?
Not always. Some website images represent the product model rather than the exact available unit.
For pre-owned devices, we recommend requesting photos or videos of the exact unit before payment.
Can I request photos or videos of the actual device?
Yes. We strongly recommend requesting current photos or videos of a pre-owned device before completing your purchase.
Are all devices tested before sale?
Yes. Pre-owned devices undergo basic functional checks before sale.
Checks may include:

* Display and touchscreen

Are pre-owned devices original?
Yes. Pre-owned devices are sold as original.
Any known restriction, replaced component or important condition will be disclosed in the product description.
Are the phones unlocked to all networks?
Phones are normally sold unlocked.
Where a phone has a network or regional restriction, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
What does Factory Unlocked mean?
A Factory Unlocked phone can generally be used with supported networks without being permanently restricted to one carrier.
What does Carrier Locked mean?
A Carrier Locked phone is restricted to a particular mobile network until it is officially unlocked.
Any carrier restriction will be disclosed before purchase.
What is a physical SIM?
A physical SIM is a removable card inserted into the phone to connect it to a mobile network.
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM activated on the device without inserting a physical SIM card.
What does Dual SIM mean?
Dual SIM means the device supports two mobile lines.
The exact combination may be two physical SIMs, one physical SIM and one eSIM, or two eSIMs, depending on the device and region.
What battery health should I expect from a pre-owned iPhone?
Our regular pre-owned iPhones normally have at least 85% battery health.
Deal devices may have lower battery health, but this will be disclosed in the product description.
Are batteries replaced before pre-owned devices are sold?
Not automatically.
Devices that have been repaired, refurbished or had parts replaced are normally listed as deals, and the relevant information will be disclosed.
Do you sell refurbished devices?
Refurbished devices are not part of our general inventory.
Where one is available, it will be listed as a deal and its condition or repair history will be stated.
Will replaced screens, batteries or other parts be disclosed?
Yes. Known replaced parts or repairs will be stated in the product description.
Can I choose the colour displayed online?
Yes, subject to availability.
You can also contact us to confirm the colour and request photos of the available unit.
Does every product include a charger, cable and box?
Not every product includes its original box or accessories.
Products are supplied in Miller Gadgets packaging with the basic accessories stated below where applicable:

We repair phones, laptops, consoles and other gadgets where the fault is repairable.
What types of faults do you fix?
We assess all types of faults.
After inspection, we will confirm whether the problem can be repaired and recommend the best solution.
How can I request a repair?
You can request a repair through:

Is diagnosis free?
General advice about the possible causes of a problem is free.
An in-depth diagnosis that requires a technician to physically inspect, open, test or troubleshoot the device is not free.
Why is an in-depth diagnosis not free?
An in-depth diagnosis requires specialist time, experience, tools and diagnostic checks.
The fee also protects the technician’s work where a customer requests a diagnosis but decides to repair the device elsewhere.
How much does diagnosis cost?
The cost depends on the device and complexity of the fault.
The diagnosis fee will be communicated and approved before the detailed assessment begins.
Will I receive a repair quote before work begins?
Yes. The expected cost will be communicated before work starts.
Payment must be completed according to the approved repair arrangement before work commences.
Can the repair price change after inspection?
Yes, where inspection reveals a more complex issue or additional fault.
No additional work will be carried out without communicating the updated cost to the customer.
How long does a paid repair take?
A general paid repair is normally completed within 48 hours.
Complicated repairs or unavailable parts may cause delays, which will be communicated.
What types of replacement parts do you use?
Depending on the device and availability, customers may choose between:
* Original parts
* OEM-quality parts
* Compatible third-party parts
We will explain the available options and recommend the most suitable repair.
Will you disclose the type of part being installed?
Yes. The customer will be told what type and quality of replacement part they are paying for.
Do repairs have a warranty?
Yes. Repairs generally include a minimum seven-day workmanship warranty covering the specific repair completed.
The exact warranty terms will be stated when the repair is delivered.
Do motherboard repairs have a warranty?
Motherboard repairs are complex and fragile.
If a successful motherboard repair later fails, the device will be inspected again. Free repair or assistance is not automatically guaranteed and will depend on the cause of the new fault.
What happens if a motherboard repair fails?
The customer will not pay the full repair charge.
However, an agreed diagnosis or repair-attempt fee may apply to cover the technician’s time and work.
What happens if a normal repair is unsuccessful?
The device will be returned to the customer.
The customer will not pay the full repair charge, although an approved diagnosis fee may still apply.
Can I supply my own replacement part?
Yes. Customers may supply their own parts, but the normal labour or installation fee will still apply.
Miller Gadgets cannot provide the same part warranty for a component supplied by the customer.
Do you offer home or office repairs?
No. Devices must be brought or sent to Miller Gadgets for repair.
Should I back up my files before repair?
Yes. Back up important photos, videos, contacts, documents and authentication information before submitting your device.
Will my files be protected?
We will handle your device and information carefully and make reasonable efforts to preserve your files.
Some faults, software repairs or diagnostic procedures may require a reset. Where possible, the customer will be informed before the device is wiped.
Should I give you my passwords?
Do not send your Apple ID, Google, Samsung, email, banking or social-media passwords.
Where access is required, we may guide you to unlock the device, disable a security feature or activate a supported repair mode.
What happens if another fault develops during repair?
We will communicate all underlying issues discovered during inspection.
Miller Gadgets is responsible where our work directly causes additional damage. We are not responsible for unrelated existing faults that were not caused by our repair.
How long can a repaired device remain uncollected?
Customers should collect completed devices promptly.
Storage charges may begin where a device remains unpaid or uncollected for more than 30 days after the customer has been notified.
What happens to devices left for several months?
The device may be handled under Miller Gadgets’ abandoned-device policy.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before any final action is taken.
Sell to Us
What is the difference between Trade-In and Sell to Us?
With Trade-In, your current device is exchanged toward another device.
With Sell to Us, Miller Gadgets buys your device and pays you without requiring you to purchase another product.
Can I sell my device without purchasing another product?
Yes. Submit the device through the Sell to Us page or contact us directly.
Which products do you buy?
We buy gadgets that have an active resale market and can be safely assessed and resold.
Do you buy faulty or damaged devices?
Yes, where we believe the device can reasonably be repaired or recovered.
Do I need the original box?
No. The original box is not compulsory.
Do I need proof of ownership?
Yes. Proof of ownership and valid identification are required.
A purchase receipt is preferred and may be compulsory for certain restricted or locked devices.
How will I be paid?
Payment can be made through:
* Bank transfer
* Cash
How long does payment take?
Payment is normally completed immediately after inspection, final acceptance and completion of the required ownership checks.
Can someone sell a device on behalf of another person?
Yes, provided the actual owner is aware and we can verify their consent and ownership.
Can I reject your final offer?
Yes. You may reject the offer before the sale has been completed.
For devices sent to our office, return-delivery arrangements should be agreed before the device is dispatched.
Can I cancel after receiving payment?
No. Once Miller Gadgets has completed payment and taken ownership of the device, the sale is final.
Any exceptional reversal must be approved by Miller Gadgets.

WhatsApp allows us to confirm availability and verify the exact model, specification, condition, accessories, delivery information and payment instructions before completing the order.
Can I complete an order without creating an account?
Yes. Customers do not need to create a website account.
Can I place an order without WhatsApp?
You may begin an order through our website, official social-media pages, telephone or office.
Online payment instructions are currently confirmed through our official WhatsApp account.
Can I edit the website-generated WhatsApp order?
We do not recommend removing the generated product details because they help us identify your exact selection.
You may add a message explaining any requested change.
Does Miller Gadgets store my card or banking information?
No. Miller Gadgets does not store customers’ card information, banking passwords or account login details.
How is my information protected?
We only request information reasonably needed to process an order, delivery, warranty claim, repair, trade-in or sale.
Never send us your banking password, email password, Apple ID password, Google password or social-media password.
What are your opening hours?

Trade-In
What is a trade-in?
A trade-in allows you to exchange your current device and use its assessed value toward another device from Miller Gadgets.
You pay any difference between the accepted trade-in value and the new product.
Which devices can I trade in?
We accept different types of gadgets with resale value.
If your product is not listed in the website trade-in tool, contact us directly for an assessment.
Can I trade in a damaged device?
Yes. Damaged devices may be accepted, but the damage will affect the final value.
Can I trade in a device with a cracked screen?
Yes. The cost and effect of the damaged screen will be considered during valuation.
Can I trade in a previously repaired device?
Yes. The repair history and quality of the replacement parts will affect the final offer.
Can I trade in an account-locked or network-locked device?
It may be assessed, but proof of ownership will be required.
All personal account locks must be removed before the transaction is completed.
Do I need the box or charger?
No. A box or charger is not compulsory for trade-in.
Their availability may still influence the final value.
Do I need proof of ownership?
Yes. Valid identification and proof that the device belongs to you are required before the transaction is completed.
A purchase receipt is preferred where available.
Can I trade in someone else’s device?
No. The device must belong to the person completing the trade-in.
Can I trade in more than one device?
Yes. Contact us directly where the website does not allow you to submit all the devices together.
How does the website trade-in estimate work?
The website uses the information you provide to generate a quick preliminary estimate.
Afterward, you will be asked to send clear photos and videos through WhatsApp.
Is the online estimate final?
No. The online amount is only an estimate.
The final offer depends on the actual specification, physical condition, functionality and market value of the device.
Can the final offer be higher or lower?
Yes. The final offer may be higher or lower than the website estimate.
Any adjustment will be explained before you complete the transaction.
How long does physical trade-in inspection take?
The inspection normally takes up to three hours after the device reaches our office.
Can I reject the final offer?
Yes. You may reject the offer and collect your device before completing the transaction.
You will not receive the replacement device until the full trade-in transaction has been completed.
Can I trade my phone for the same model in another colour?
Yes, but you may still need to pay a difference.
Your existing device may be older or in a lower condition than the cleaner replacement unit.
Must I remove Find My, Google Lock or Samsung Lock before inspection?
Not necessarily before the initial inspection.
However, all account locks and ownership protections must be removed before the transaction is completed.
What happens to my data after a completed trade-in?
The device will be internally wiped and restored to factory settings.
It may then be assessed by our technicians for any required work before being approved for resale.
Customers must back up and transfer all important information before completing the trade-in.
Can I cancel after completing the trade-in?
A completed trade-in is final.
An exceptional reversal may only be approved by Miller Gadgets, and the customer may be required to cover reasonable delivery, processing, depreciation or other costs already incurred.
Can I receive cash instead of another device?
Yes. Use the Sell to Us service where you want to sell your device for cash without purchasing another product.
Warranty & Returns
Do pre-owned devices have a warranty?
Yes. All pre-owned devices purchased from Miller Gadgets include a seven-day limited warranty.
When does the warranty begin?
The warranty begins immediately when the device is collected from or dispatched from our office.
What should I do if I notice a fault?
Contact Miller Gadgets immediately and before the seven-day warranty expires.
Do not open the device, attempt a repair or take it to another technician before contacting us.
What does the pre-owned warranty cover?
The warranty covers confirmed functional faults that:
* Occur during normal use
* Were not caused by the customer
* Are reported within seven days
* Are confirmed during inspection
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover:
* Accidental or physical damage
* Cracked or broken screens
* Impact or pressure damage
* Liquid or water damage
* Misuse or negligence
* Unauthorised repairs or modifications
* Damage caused by unsuitable accessories
* Change-of-mind returns
* Faults reported after the warranty expires
Does the warranty cover software problems?
Yes, where inspection confirms that the problem is a genuine software fault and was not caused by unauthorised modification or misuse.
Does the warranty cover charging-port faults?
Yes, where inspection confirms an internal fault.
Damage caused by force, dirt, liquid, unsuitable cables or customer misuse is not covered.
Does the warranty cover Face ID or fingerprint faults?
These faults will be inspected.
They may be covered where an internal fault is confirmed and will not be covered where they result from physical damage, water damage, misuse or unauthorised repair.
Does the warranty cover network faults?
Network faults will be inspected to determine whether the cause is internal, SIM-related, carrier-related or caused by physical or liquid damage.
Confirmed internal faults may be covered.
Does the warranty cover overheating?
Overheating complaints will be inspected.
An internal battery, charging-system or motherboard fault may be covered. Overheating caused by excessive usage, unsuitable chargers, blocked ventilation, physical damage, liquid damage or misuse is not covered.
Are battery problems covered?
Battery and charging complaints will be inspected to determine their cause.
All regular pre-owned devices are sold with batteries in good working condition. Customers are encouraged to use a compatible, good-quality charger.
Are screen or touchscreen problems covered?
Cracked screens, pressure damage, impact damage and customer-caused touchscreen damage are not covered.
A screen or touch fault without visible physical damage will be inspected to determine whether it resulted from an internal fault.
Are accessories covered?
Accessories are not covered by the seven-day pre-owned-device warranty unless a separate warranty was specifically stated at purchase.
What do I need for a warranty claim?
You may be required to provide:
* The device
* Receipt, invoice or proof of purchase
* Miller Gadgets packaging
* Supplied accessories
* Photos or videos of the problem
* A description of how the problem started
Is proof of purchase compulsory?
Yes. Miller Gadgets must be able to validate the original transaction.
An electronic receipt or a transaction record verified by Miller Gadgets may be accepted.
What happens if I have lost the packaging?
The claim may still be assessed where the purchase can be validated.
However, the replacement value of missing packaging or accessories may be deducted from an approved refund or exchange. Each case will be assessed individually.
What happens after I return a faulty device?
An initial assessment will normally be completed within 24 hours after the device reaches our office.
We will explain:
* The cause of the fault
* Whether it is covered
* Whether repair or replacement is required
* The recommended next step
How long does a warranty repair or replacement take?
Most covered cases are resolved within 48 hours after inspection.
Some cases may take longer because of part availability, the nature of the fault or replacement availability. Any delay will be communicated.
Do you process warranty returns on Saturdays?
A device may be received on Saturday, but processing may not begin until the next working day because we do not operate on Sundays.
What happens if the device cannot be repaired?
A covered device that cannot reasonably be repaired will be replaced.
Can the replacement be another colour?
Yes, but the available colour will be discussed with the customer first.
We will normally try to provide the customer’s preferred colour.
Does a replacement device receive another warranty?
Yes. An approved replacement device receives a new seven-day limited warranty.
Can I upgrade to another device instead of receiving the same model?
Yes. The customer may pay the applicable price difference after the available options have been agreed.
Can I receive a refund if repair and replacement are impossible?
Yes. Where an eligible fault cannot be repaired and a suitable replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.
Who pays transportation for a warranty claim?
For an eligible claim using our approved delivery service:
* Miller Gadgets covers or arranges transportation of the affected device back to our office.
* The customer covers delivery of the repaired or replacement device back to their location.
What happens if I report the problem on the seventh day?
Contact us immediately and provide evidence of the issue.
The claim may still be processed even if the device physically reaches us after the seventh day, provided the fault was reported within the warranty period.
Does another technician working on the device cancel the warranty?
Yes. Opening, modifying or repairing the device through another technician during the warranty period cancels the Miller Gadgets warranty.
Can I return a working device because I changed my mind?
No. A properly supplied and functional device cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind or no longer likes it.
Can I return a device because I chose the wrong colour or storage?
No. Customers should confirm the model, storage, colour, condition and specifications before completing payment.
What warranty do brand-new devices receive?
Brand-new devices receive the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
The duration depends on the brand, product and manufacturer. Miller Gadgets will help escalate a valid claim through the relevant manufacturer, supplier or service channel.
Does Miller Gadgets provide support after the warranty expires?
Yes. We continue to provide technical support and paid repair assistance after the warranty period.
